Registration and support of the IT company

Lawyers of law firm LEXADE provided legal support for the creation of an IT company with the head office in Kharkiv, organizational and legal form – a limited liability company in a short period of time.

During registration, lawyers have prepared all the necessary corporate documents of the Company in Ukrainian and English versions, which contained some non-standard conditions (for example, provisions regarding the supervisory powers of corporate management bodies), but were caused by the wishes of the owner.
