Tax-free liquidation of CFC

In 2021, the specialists of law firm LEXADE successfully liquidated 5 controlled foreign companies in accordance with the requirements of the foreign jurisdiction and the Tax Code of Ukraine.

These actions helped the owners to properly formalize the income received abroad with a minimal tax burden.

It was a long and complicated process that lasted almost a year – from the moment of the decision on liquidation to the moment of submitting the tax declaration on the property status, where the lawyers and accountants of law firm LEXADE and the owners of CFC worked as one team.

We have gained tremendous experience in working with controlled foreign companies and can now use it in our other projects.
